We're in love with our very fashionable bird pincushion and needle-keep. We placed her in a stylish little bird nest and lined it with pretty scraps from our stash. A bluebird graces our pattern cover, but we didn't stop there. We made robins, finches, and invented our own birds with the use of colorful fabrics. trying to tell you how cute this is. I have the bird, but really need the nest! hope this isn't a duplicate post.
This little bird and the name of the pattern, “Fly Away Home” brought back memories of the spring robins at my childhood home in the mountains of Idaho.
